M and E Shift Maintenance Engineer GBP 48,000Victoria Our Client is looking for a M and E Shift Maintenance Engineer tobased at a Luxurious Complex located in South West London. The successful candidates will be Electrically or Mechanical biased with a proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, you will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance within the complex. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to GBP 48,000, overtime, further training and career progression. You will be working for a large maintenance contractor in the building of blue chip companies; as such you must be client facing with good communication skills. This vacancy is workingfull Continental Shift Pattern Benefits: : Salary GBP 48,000 : Overtime : Pension : Private Healthcare : Progressive Training : Structured Career Paths into Management Responsibilities: : To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules as directed by the site supervisor. : To undertake PPM activities in a professional and safe manner : Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or Management Team : Production of technical and situational reports as required : To communicate clearly and effectively with the clients team and support the Site Supervisor as necessary : To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects. : Proactively assist the site supervisor to produce quotations by giving accurate and good quality information when extra works are identified : To update/close completed Reactive and PPM tasks on the site CAFM System : Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise efficient operation and reliability of plant and associated systems. : To ensure that both Client and contractors Health and Safety procedures are always followed. : Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
