M and E Shift Maintenance Engineer GBP 45,000Crawley, West Susinteraction My client is looking for a Shift Engineer either from an electrical bias to be based in a commercial building in the Crawley, West Susinteraction. The successful candidates will be electrically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i. e. Bank, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to GBP 45,000 + overtime, further training and career progression. Benefits: : Salary GBP 45,000 : Overtime : Pension : Private Healthcare : Progressive Training : Structured Career Paths into Management Responsibilities: : To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules as directed by the site supervisor. : To undertake PPM activities in a professional and safe manner : Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or Management Team : Production of technical and situational reports as required : To communicate clearly and effectively with the clients team and support the Site Supervisor as necessary : To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects. : Proactively assist the site supervisor to produce quotations by giving accurate and good quality information when extra works are identified : To update/close completed Reactive and PPM tasks on the site CAFM System : Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise efficient operation and reliability of plant and associated systems. : To ensure that both Client and contractors Health and Safety procedures are always followed. : Attend team meetings/briefings as requested : To provide accurate timesheet information weekly and on time : To proactively work towards the continued success.
