Responsibilities:• Expand Client Base: Identify and seize business opportunities in target regions to grow our clientele.• Lead Management: Hunt for, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, ensuring quick and efficient customer responses.• Database Maintenance: Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, keeping all lead information current.• Prospect Follow-Up: Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
