Location of work: 12851 Bathgate Way, Suite 7, Richmond, BC V6V 1Y5 About this Job Job title: Sales, Vice-President Salary: $55-$58 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 35 hours per week Vacancy: one Language: English Starting Date: As soon as possible As a VP of Sales, you will…• Establish our company’s sales objectives. • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve objectives and drive revenue growth. • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential distribution channels for our hand sanitizer or other products. • Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the teams to achieve the goals. • Develop and manage sales resources and budgets. • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous growth and development. • Coordinate the work of different departments. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. • Stay up-to-date with industry information related to our products. • Represent the company in negotiations or participate in trade shows as requested. The qualification we need…• A college diploma is required, university degree or higher is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership position. • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills. • Must have in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and.
