The Global Sustainment organization supports a large portfolio of programs in many technologies such as; Lasers, Solid State Radar, Computing Systems, Combat Systems and Launcher programs across Rotary Missions Systems as well as other Business Areas across the corporation. This position will support the US Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS) market segment. The US MDCS portfolio includes Integrated Combat System, Aegis and BMD programs. This is a dynamic environment were specific assignments can change as the business continues to grow and program rhythms dictate. The Logistics Project Manager (LPM), leads a cross-functional teamconsisting of supply chain, repair depot, training,technical documentation, and logistics analyses and modelingprofessionals. The candidate will:1. Oversee the execution of all logistics effortssupporting one or more specific programs in theMDCS market segment.2. Work closely with Program Managers andGovernment logistics customers on the day-todaymanagement, measurement, and reportingof logistics contract scope, including EarnedValue Management.3. Devise and implement plans, budgets, andschedules in response to program requirements,and monitor work progress of logistics personnel.#rmsnjpa Basic Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of Earned Value Management2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills3. Experience in team building and conflict resolution4. Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.5. Familiarity with Logistics product development Desired Skills: Preferably, you should also have these desired skills:1. USN Logistics/Sustainment Experience2. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience or Control Account Manager Certification3. Agile project management knowledge4. Proposal cost estimating and technical volume authoring5. Aegis/BMD software development knowledge Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
