Our growing company is looking for the right candidate to be the main point of contact for customers, field units, and management. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. The job location is in Wixom, Michigan. Workday is a staggered start shift between 7 AM-9 AM and ending as late as 5 PM. Commission or bonuses will bulk up this starting pay scale. Please complete the DISC assessment. Responsibilities:• Schedule service calls for customers and field teams• Track each shipment through direct contact with the driver following a tested and proven Dispatch and Tracking Protocol • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests• Prepare digital documents for dispatch• Monitor service calls and arrival times• Record customer complaints and service tech notes• Plan and adjust service calls when necessary Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED required• 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred but not required, will train the right candidate• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions• Exceptional communication skills, customer service oriented, well organized, and strong interpersonal communication ability Compensation: $38,000 - $44,000 yearly About Company: Welcome to Quality Freight Logistics, where Every Day is an Opportunity to Excel!
