Title: Delivery Station Manager #142411Locations: San Diego, CASalary range: $60k-72k/year, Full time role Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China." Responsibility Dispatch Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Assign routes to drivers based on delivery requirements, geographic considerations, and driver availability. Monitor the progress of dispatched deliveries, adjusting schedules and routes as needed to accommodate delays or changes in priority. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and warehouse staff regarding dispatch-related inquiries and issues. Communicate delivery schedules, instructions, and any special handling requirements to drivers and shipping partners.
