TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Family Practice for a locum tenens job in Willow Creek, California.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Family Practice Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Locum TenensJob Details:---Pay: $105 Hr. ---Coverage: December 16, 2024 - Ongoing ---Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5---Mix of peds/adults ---Chart closure within 72 hours ---Patients per shift: 18---EMR: Epic ---Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days Requirements:---Active unrestricted CA License ---Active DEA ---Active AHA BLS certifications ---Minimum 3 years of experience ---PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate---NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II---Board Certified---Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.---Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
