A 25-bed critical access hospital is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Burley, ID. A board-certified OB/GYN is needed for clinic and call coverage, with responsibilities including 15-18 clinic visits and 1-2 deliveries per day. The position requires performing C-sections and emergency gynecological procedures, while scheduled surgeries will be managed by clinic providers. Candidates must have board certification and BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. The role involves managing approximately 500 deliveries per year, using Cerner for electronic medical records, and has an approximate credentialing period of 60 days.
