Job Title: Neurologist Job Specialty: ALS and Neurological Care Job Duration: Permanent Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, 8-hour days Guaranteed Hours: Full-time Experience: Previous physician work experience in ALS care required License: Active New York license (or in process) Certifications: BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) Must-Have: - Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neurology or a related specialty such as Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care - Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG - Interest in providing general Neurological care Job Description: - Join an established Neurology department within a physician-led organization - Specialize in ALS care with the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting - Serve a 100% adult patient population - 100% outpatient practice, with an average of 6-7 clinic patients per day - Utilize EPIC EMR system - Open to H1 B visa candidates, but J1 waivers are not accepted - Residency within the immediate local area may be required - Relocation assistance offered if applicable, reimbursement-based - Opportunity for competitive benefits package, including insurance, paid malpractice, CME time, and retirement savings with employer matching - Public Service Loan Forgiveness available This opportunity is perfect for those seeking to advance their career in a supportive and innovative environment that emphasizes comprehensive patient care in Neurology.For more details: https://jobs-search.org/locum-physician/locum-physician-mddo-neurology-in-new-york-new-york_i2456216570
