Enjoy a rewarding assignment in Primary Care Focus on mature adults in a collaborative outpatient setting with weekdays-only hours and a fast credentialing timeframe. Practice Setting: Outpatient setting A majority of the patient population is aged 65 Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses Schedule Details: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Flexibility for a 4-day workweek is available No call requirements Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks Cases & Procedures: Traditional primary care for older adults, including: Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease No procedures performed JN -042024-30673For more details: https://jobs-search.org/locum-physician_lincolnshire-c429680/job_i2456651824
