Specialty Hematology/Oncology State IL Location 3249 Oak Park Avenue, Berwyn, IL Requirements Mac Neal Cancer Center is looking for a locum or locum to perm to join their team ASAC-ongoing 30 Hematology 70 Oncology Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician Hem/Onc only practice Adults only No Radiation Oncology on-site but connection to Rad Onc team at Loyola University Medical Campus which is 5 miles from practice. No APP's in practice Documentation System/EMR: epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20 Trauma Level/Designation Hospital: Level 2 Schedule Days, Outpatient Coverage: 9am – 4pm. Clinic.
