We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for a locum tenens position in Ogden, UT. This role involves providing essential 24-hour call coverage in support of a practice that performs approximately 80 heart surgeries annually. The daily patient volume is around 5, allowing for comprehensive, focused patient care. In this role, responsibilities include delivering 24-hour cardiovascular surgical support, managing and performing cardiovascular surgeries as required, and conducting thorough preoperative and postoperative assessments, consultations, and follow-up care. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a high-quality surgical setting. Qualifications : Board Certification and Board Eligibility in Cardiovascular Surgery (required). Active Utah medical license (or willingness to obtain if necessary). Proven experience in cardiovascular surgery, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and patient safety.
