Job Title: Experienced CRNA Needed Job Specialty: Anesthesiology - CRNA Job Duration: 13 months Shift: Days - Five 8-Hour Shifts per Week (7 AM Start Time); Weekday call (3:30 PM - 7:00 AM); Weekend call Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a CRNA License: Valid Florida license Certifications: ACLS, Board Certified Must-Have: - No recent graduates - Must be willing to take call and work some weekends - Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues - NPDB self-query agreement Job Description: - Provide anesthesia services for various case types such as General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy - Hospital does not handle trauma and cardiac cases - Work within a care team model alongside 25 CRNAs and 19 MDs - Engage in an average monthly case volume of 1,800 and average monthly OB deliveries of 325 - Use the Meditech EMR system efficiently - Participate in a preferred schedule of 5-8 hour shifts, with opportunities for 24-hour call shifts - Participate in a guided call interview/Zoom meeting with site clinical leadership, as part of the selection process - Provide full-time open availability and flexible schedule preferences - Complete a skills checklist and current CV presentation Please be aware that all external locum needs are on a PRN (as-needed) basis.
