Description:
A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst I (Remote) to support mortgage-related business strategies. Key Responsibilities Review, process, lock, extend, and revise mortgage loan rate lock requests Evaluate and confirm pricing to ensure accuracy on each lock request Collaborate with various teams to ensure loans are sold quickly and comply with policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred; or 1-3 years related experience Computer competency Mortgage experience preferred; experience with pricing/registration is optimal Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and other investor lending guidelines is a plus Experience with Encompass 360 Banker Edition and Optimal Blue preferred
