Job Title : Location Manager Job Overview Charlotte’s Coffee House is seeking an experienced and dedicated Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling coffee shop. The Location Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving the team’s success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all daily operations, ensuring both staff and customers have a positive experience Lead, mentor, and supervise the team, handling tasks such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure the café maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and ensure timely replenishment of stock Collaborate with ownership and upper management to set business goals and drive overall performance Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor financial aspects, including payroll and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals Prepare and present regular reports on sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators Qualifications Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Weekend availability is required Ability to remain calm and positive when managing high-pressure situations Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Perks Competitive salary with additional quarterly performance bonuses Comprehensive healthcare benefits Free gym membership Paid time off, including two weeks of vacation and one week of sick time Benefits : Healthcare coverage Complimentary gym membership Two weeks of paid vacation One week of paid sick time Compensation : $22–$26 per hour (approximately $45,760–$54,080 per year) + quarterly performance bonuses Join Our Team If you're a driven, energetic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you.
