Will draft legislation and opinions. Article 78 and Declaratory Judgment experience a plus. Experience in local government operations and administration and related litigation essential. Substantial Experience in Open Meetings Law, FOIL, SEQRA and land use regulation needed. Should have experience in local government contracts and procurement.
