Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Transplant for a local contract nursing job in PHiladelphia,, Pennsylvania.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Transplant Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/02/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract2 years' experience required Job Description: 8:00AM - 4:30pm Job Description: In conjunction with the transplant team, assumes responsibility for coordinating the delivery of care for the transplant patient. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice involved in providing nursing care. Familiarity with organization and function of departments, policies, procedures and regulations. Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease. Requirements: Education Bachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Required) Experience 3 Years experience in nursing. (Required) General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record. (Required) General Experience in a Transplant program.
