MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a local contract CT Technologist for a local contract job in Southfield, Michigan.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/18/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Local ContractRequired Skills & Experience:Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the facilities Customer Service Policy and summarized below:-Communication.-Ownership.-Understanding.-Motivation.-Sensitivity.-Excellence.-Teamwork.-Respect.-Must practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.-Must possess the following personal qualities:-Be self-directed.-Be flexible and committed to the team concept.-Demonstrate teamwork, initiative and willingness to learn.-Be open to new learning experiences.-Accepts and respects diversity without judgment.-Demonstrates customer service values.Physical Demands/Working Conditions:-May work in the hospital with a fixed unit or in an ambulatory Mobile Unit at one of the Medical Centers.-May be potentially exposed to radiation if proper precautions are not utilized. May be exposed to high-voltage equipment.-May be exposed to potentially contagious patients.-Occasionally may lift and/or move equipment and/or patients that would be in excess of 10 lbs. Required Education:-High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.-Must maintain required hours of continued medical education.Required Certification & Licensure:-BLS-Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible.Certifications & Licenses: ARRTBLSCT CertificationRadiologic TechnologistMetaSense, Inc.
