You can learn more about us here: Responsibilities:*Conduct interviews with loan applicantsUnderstand and assess applicants' financial needs and creditworthiness*Provide recommendations on loan types, terms, and features*Guide applicants in obtaining required documents*Communicate effectively with underwriters for smooth loan processing Requirements:*Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in the state(s) you operate.*Any level of experience is welcome*Strong analytical and critical thinking skills*Excellent attention to detail and time management skills*Strong written and verbal communication skills*Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
