Housekeeper / Landscaper Team to Live-In to care for estate home in Philadelphia. Private apartment for couple to live-in together located on beautiful estate grounds. Provide excellent, professional care for estate home and surrounding grounds. A mature, responsible couple would be perfect for this position. You will be fully in charge of estate during times the owners travel and need to make responsible decisions in case of an emergency. Responsibilities include care of two horses, so familiarity with care of horses is a big plus. Loving care of familys dog is also needed, so must love dogs.Extensive driving for family required at times. The ability to multitask and provide excellent attention to detail is important to the family. Provide seamless operation of home to ensure all household needs are met efficiently. Excellent position for a retired police officer or retired firefighter with gardening and fix-it skills along with housekeeper partner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Detailed Housekeeping Family Laundry Organize Home Including Closets and Pantry Order Household Supplies Extensive Estate Grounds Care Household Maintenance - Basic Repairs Oversee Large Projects Ensure Security of Property Errands Vehicle Care - Detailing, Take in for Service Event Planning and Hosting Pet Care - Must Love Animals Driving QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Working on Private Estate Excellent, Verifiable References Responsible and Mature Energetic and Proactive Drivers License WEEKLY SCHEDULE 4 hours per person, per day (average each week) = 28 hours per week SALARY: $60,000 - $65,000 per year BENEFITS Free Apartment with Private Entrance on Estate Grounds 10 Paid Vacation Days Paid Government Holidays Paid Sick/Personal Business Days APPLY AT: https://care-solutions.com/job-seeker-application
