The role focuses on government enforcement, mergers, and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Must be bar certified in Washington, DC. 4 years of experience in antitrust law, including counseling, investigations, and litigation. Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired. Prior government agency experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Engage in a broad range of antitrust matters, including government enforcement, mergers, and counseling. Manage projects and maintain regular exposure to clients across various industries. Work collaboratively with a dynamic team on complex legal issues.Why Join?
