This role presents a unique opportunity for an attorney with strong complex commercial litigation experience to become part of a dynamic and tenured team within a growing national platform.LocationCleveland, OhioDutiesManage all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.Represent clients in matters related to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer products industries, including claims of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer fraud.Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and persuasive motions.Take and defend depositions, crafting effective outlines and summaries.Conduct legal research and argue motions confidently before courts.Manage document production and all phases of discovery.Develop and implement litigation strategies through outstanding advocacy skills.Attend mediation, prepare mediation briefs, and negotiate favorable resolutions.Collaborate with colleagues and experts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.Manage caseload, deadlines, and priorities effectively.Requirements10+ years of experience in complex commercial and civil litigation.Proven track record of success in state and federal court.Portable book of business is a plus but not required.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsAdmitted and in good standing with the Ohio Bar.SkillsExcellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong deposition skills and exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and motivated work ethic.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent academic credentials.
