This position requires an attorney who is adept at managing cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, along with a thorough understanding of the litigation process. This is a full-time position based in Blue Bell, PA.Location:Blue Bell, PADuties:Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from case inception through trial.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Manage discovery, depositions, and other pre-trial procedures.Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.Work closely with expert witnesses and other professionals to develop case strategy.Attend court appearances and advocate for clients during trial.Maintain strong client relationships and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.Requirements:1-5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.Strong legal research and writing skills.Experience handling cases from inception through trial.Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required).Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Proficiency in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
