Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, nationally recognized law firm in New Jersey for a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice. The firm offers an excellent benefits package and a collaborative working environment.Duties:Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings.Manage discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and depositions.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop and implement case strategies.Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing legal counsel.Requirements:5-6 years of litigation experience.Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal principles.Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (or eligibility for admission).Certifications:Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission).Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
