Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack has an opening in Arizona for a litigation attorney. The litigation attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. We represent Fortune 500 companies and a wide variety of well-known companies and major corporations. Responsibilities: Work independently managing a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end Ability to communicate with clients and prepare status reports Ability to respond to discovery, complete legal research, write motions and take and defend depositions Comfortable handling court appearances Negotiating settlements Daily time entry Qualifications: License to practice law in AZ Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred) 3 plus years of law practice experience Comfortable working remote/independently Strong ethics and professionalism Organized with attention to details Benefits: Remote work opportunities Company sponsored health, vision, and dental benefits 401K CLE paid for by Firm Bonus opportunities Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: Yes
