This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to a team that values effective communication and strong client relationships.Duties:Represent clients in creditors' rights and commercial litigation cases, managing cases from inception through resolution.Draft, prepare, and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Advocate for clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and strategy.Collaborate with team members in a cooperative environment to support case objectives.Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Requirements:Active admission to the bar in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and in collaboration with team members.Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and advocacy.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.Skills:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.Proficient in legal research and document preparation.Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Analytical abilities to develop effective case strategies.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.401(k) plan with firm matching.Comprehensive health and dental insurance.Paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
