This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent management in employment litigation, with a focus on federal and state labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in litigation, a strong academic background, and excellent writing and organizational skills. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.DutiesRepresent management clients in employment-related litigation mattersHandle cases involving federal and state labor laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and State Human Rights LawDraft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requestsAssist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositionsConduct legal research to support case strategiesManage case files and ensure adherence to deadlines and court proceduresCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officialsIndependently manage caseloads and contribute to team efforts when neededRequirements1-5 years of experience in litigation, ideally in labor and employment lawStrong understanding of federal and state labor laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and State Human Rights LawExperience with wage and hour class action litigation is a plus, but not requiredStrong legal writing and research skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesCapable of working independently and handling a diverse caseloadExcellent verbal communication and client interaction skillsEducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolCertificationsActive bar licenseSkillsExpertise in labor and employment lawExceptional legal writing, research, and drafting abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective time management and ability to handle multiple tasksAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleaguesBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Retirement plan
