The ideal candidate brings substantial experience, particularly in handling writs of mandate and land use litigation, and is prepared to independently manage complex cases. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team focused on delivering impactful legal solutions for a range of clients.Duties:Handle litigation cases related to writs of mandate, municipal civil matters, and land useConduct depositions, draft dispositive motions, and perform court filingsCollaborate with other team members on case strategy and client objectivesParticipate actively in case management and procedural motionsPerform legal research and analysis on complex issues relevant to public and private sectorsRequirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experienceDemonstrated expertise in writs of mandate, municipal litigation, and land use litigationExperience in taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and independently handling casesEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active admission to the California State BarSkills:Strong research, writing, and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapability to manage and organize case documents and schedulesStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in legal software and case management toolsJob Location:Riverside, CA This is a full-service law firm with more than 150 attorneys in offices strategically located to serve California's fastest growing communities.
