Job description: Litigation Associate Attorney - Employment LawNote: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at either the Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco office.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established law firm specializing in labor and employment law, hiring in Irvine, San Diego, and San Francisco. They are dedicated to providing top-tier legal representation and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.Job Description Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions. Take and defend depositions. Collaborate with a team and work independently on fast-paced projects. Opportunity to grow under the mentorship of experienced partners. Qualifications: 3+ years of employment litigation experience Strong experience in wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions. Admitted to practice in California. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
