This position will provide training for multiple aspects of operations.1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm) $16/hour2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:30am) $17/hourMust be flexible to work overtime and occasional Saturdays while lasting 1-3 months.. Perks & Benefits: Paid Training, Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options. Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift. Employment Types: Seasonal. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 / hour Duties: Light novelty item manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. Duties include decorating, towel/blanket press operation, packing, and shipping of individual items. Must have the ability to perform safe handling and processing of products while standing for long periods. Repetitive motion is necessary for production output. Attention to detail and quality is important. Dependability and attention to positive attendance Must be able to work overtime as volume increase. Position Requirements: Ability to lift parts weighing up to 30 lbs. without powered equipment assistance Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions. Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. Work Location: Simos Insourcing Solutions, Florence, KY 41042. Job Types: Assembly, General Labor, General Production, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse. Industry: Manufacturing.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
