We are seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join our team. This part-time position offers flexible hours with consistent scheduling, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers, enforcing pool rules, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all patrons.- Enforce facility rules and regulations.- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.- Maintain cleanliness and order in and around the pool area.- Attend regular training sessions and meetings. Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years old.- Current lifeguard certification (CPR and First Aid).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
