Heyday Homes has a new opening for a dynamic Marketing (and Ops) Integrator who will be a key component of our growing team and a strategic thought partner to the CEO. Your Mission Heyday Homes is passionate about creating community and empowering individuals to make the right decisions at the right time, for them. Though you may be working on several projects within the organization, your primary responsibilities are planning, directing, and implementing marketing strategies and systems for Heyday Homes and building our in-person and online community of professional women. As our Marketing Integrator, you will OWN the creation and execution of our marketing strategy by leading initiatives to maximize the lifetime value of our clients by leveraging best-in-class direct marketing vehicles, advancing our lifecycle marketing programs and building our community online and through in-person events. You will be instrumental in enhancing client communications and ensuring that our marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated across all channels. This position requires a well-organized individual who is extremely detail-oriented, with a passion for thinking outside the box and staying ahead of the latest marketing trends. Equal appreciation for analyzing data and using creativity is a must. Your daily activities will be focused on building awareness through our 40+ events per year for women and families, generating leads for Heyday Homes and its sister companies, managing social media marketing, content creation, events, digital ads, email marketing, brand partnerships and community engagement. You will also be responsible for updating and managing our CRM, so familiarity (or the ability to get up to speed quickly) with real estate-specific customer relationship management software and a host of other digital marketing tools and platforms is necessary. The successful Marketing Integrator will have a wide range of operations and marketing experience building, implementing, and managing marketing systems, building community online and in person, planning and executing experiential events, and creating and implementing marketing and branding strategies, all while helping to develop the foundation for a growing business. You will be directly reporting to Heyday Homes’ CEO and regularly collaborating with our leadership team. This full-time role is based out of Lincoln Park in downtown Chicago. Evening and weekend availability is required to attend frequent in-person community events. You have an exceptional ability to strategically bring people together and provide an environment for collaboration, engagement, empowerment, and fun, while keeping the end result of team growth in mind. IMPLEMENTER - You are able to synthesize the marketing and operational needs, with the vision of leadership, and take action on the most important items that will help the company grow. You are an accountable individual and take pride in producing results and great work quickly. Ideas are nothing without implementation. You make things happen (and document systems every step of the way). RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Marketing and event management doesn’t end once the thank you notes are sent. You understand and value the creation of lifecycle marketing programs to manage the relationship with community members, customers, vendor partners, and clients from those individuals we’ve never met to repeat clients and raving fans. You are able to create software automations, communication systems, standard operating procedures, etc. to systematize and maximize the lifetime value of each relationship. Qualifications:• 7+ years of experience in marketing, branding, event management or non-profit (graduation year prior to 2017)• Strong experience managing a team and building systems to scale• Excellent writing, editing, communication skills and project management skills• Excellent at navigating computer software such as Google Drive, Slack, and CRM systems• Results-oriented with high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a high level of responsiveness • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 About Company: Heyday Homes (heydayhomes.com and @heyday.homes) is a small (but mighty) woman-owned real estate team based in downtown Chicago.
