Employees will be provided extensive training and guidance to build their customer base. The role will be commission-only for the initial period of employment until bonuses and residual income kicks in. Qualifications No previous sales or insurance experience required. Basic computer skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are necessary. Basic computer skills are a requirement. While previous sales experience is not required, applicants must possess an ability to speak to and listen to potential clients. A problem-solving mentality and active listening skills are a must. Applicants must be able to commute to the office each day.
