Manage inbound customer service calls efficiently and professionally. Direct incoming customer phone calls to the appropriate channels. Engage with customers and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries. Address client requests for coverages, always advocating for their best interests. Craft and elucidate personalized policies using our advanced Needs Analysis system. Collaborate with management teams to stay abreast of new products, services, and policies.
