The Bouma Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Since we are the #1 real estate team in Ann Arbor, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and be committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities: • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly• Supervise admin department to ensure efficiency.• Train and mentor department, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.• Reports to the CEO.• Ensure all real estate transactions are handled efficiently and according to the Bouma Group’s policies and procedures.• Monitor overall office activities and ensure that all systems are running smoothly.• Managing End of Day (EOD) reports from admin staff.• Managing the day-to-day office operations to ensure optimal performance.• Act as a Listing Coordinator and Closing Coordinator for our clients. Qualifications: • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills• Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 About Company: Martin Bouma and The Bouma Group Realtors have been in the business for 38 years and have consistently been Ann Arbor's top Realtor, closing over 180 transactions in 2023 Our commitment to customer service, market knowledge, and a highly skilled group of team members provide an excellent work environment for someone wanting to enter the business of real estate.
