SonderMind is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our expanding network of remote therapists. As part of our team, you will have the flexibility to set your own working hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking therapy. We handle all billing and guarantee pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, including no-shows. Benefits also include professional development opportunities, access to a supportive community, and exclusive insurance payor access. Requirements: Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision. Pay: $72-$99 per hour. Pay rates vary based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
