A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Manager to lead and develop sales teams in the home insurance sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Coach and engage a team of 12-14 Sales Agents to meet performance targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive sales initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a management role Possession of a Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Proficiency with sales software (CRM) and data reporting tools Flexibility to work one Saturday shift every 8 weeks
