Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Real estate sales• Lead generation• Lead follow up• Close appointments• Set appointments• Sales scripts mastery• CRM and database drip campaigns• Ongoing training Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• A real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
