Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes – all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client while interpreting today’s real estate market• Learn all of the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis• Generate business from your own efforts – including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Professional in attitude and appearance• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Must obtain/have your MN/WI Real Estate license • Passionate and Compassionate• Fun-loving• Hardworking• Personable• Resilient• Must have a valid driver’s license• Energetic• Intelligent• Flexible• Ambitious Compensation: $50,000 yearly commissions About Company: The Grant Johnson Group is a dynamic real estate team dedicated to serving Minnesota and Wisconsin communities.
