Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Lead follow up• Database campaigns• Set listing appointments• Execute appointments• Close listings• Leverage listings• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
