Responsibilities: • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments• Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Lead generation• Database• Smart campaigns• Lead follow up• CRM mastery• Follow the team plan• Close listings• Sales talk Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• One year of work experience in real estate• At plan commission opportunity• Sales experience• Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
