Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Possesses a real estate license • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Team player with the desire to help others• Can-do attitude Compensation: $75,000+ at plan yearly About Company: The Grant Johnson Group is a dynamic real estate team dedicated to serving Minnesota and Wisconsin communities.
