Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base• Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Has a real estate license• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Must have a valid Real Estate License• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Commission opportunity • Has a real estate license Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Lake Forest is the home for dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top agents in SoCal.
