You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Show a track record of real estate success• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live in Orange County• Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
