Requirement: You MUST have a real estate license for this commissioned position. This position is a commissioned based pay. We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. We need proactive people-persons who are well-versed and visible in the local community. The right candidate should be prepared to conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities. Responsibilities: • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld• Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate• Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around• Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Familiar with leasing regulations• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $118,000 commission based yearly About Company: At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
