We are seeking a real estate acquisitions specialist or an individual eager to advance in this field. In this role, you will prospect, prepare, and close deals, ensuring each transaction is efficient and successful. This position is crucial for anyone looking to excel in real estate acquisitions. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
