We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us• Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car• Applicants must have a real estate license• One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000+ at plan commissions About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
