The ideal candidate excels at identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and directing them to our buyers and listing agents. This position serves as an excellent pathway to becoming a listing agent, offering leads, listings, and leverage. Responsibilities: • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers• Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent• Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Applicants must have a real estate license• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills• A real estate license is required• Superb communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
