We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Team Sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Buyer lead generation• Closing sales• Objection handler mastery• Set buyer appointments• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
